Commissions will be paid according to the terms specified in our affiliate agreement. Payments may be made via check, PayPal, direct deposit, or other methods as determined by us. We reserve the right to adjust commissions for refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of our policies, fraudulent activity, or failure to meet performance requirements.

7. Confidentiality

You agree to keep all non-public information received as part of our affiliate program confidential. This includes information about our marketing strategies, pricing, and business operations.

8. Changes to the Affiliate Program

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our affiliate program at any time without notice. Any changes to the affiliate program will be communicated to affiliates through our affiliate dashboard or via email.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our affiliate program, including, but not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

10. Governing Law

This Affiliate Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in North Carolina.
